PT Mega Giga Solusindo is a growing IT outsourcing company managing approximately 350 outsourced personnel, supported by a dynamic back-office team. We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner to lead our HR function and align it with our business goals.

Job Summary
As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible to oversee and enhance all aspects of our human resources operations. This includes developing strategic HR initiatives, improving processes, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will lead the HR & GA team and ensure that our HR practices align with the company’s objectives and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Design and manage employee performance appraisal systems.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Foster employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR processes.
- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
- Develop Key Performance Indicator or similar performance measurement systems.
- Develop workload analysis to monitor workforce efficiency.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the IT outsourcing industry or managing a large workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
